Competition Schedule

PART A

  1. Competition Name: Winher Vault – MacBook Air & AirPods Giveaway

  2. Promoter: Winher Vault Pty Ltd (ABN 88476001429). Contact details: https://www.winhervault.com/(Website), support@winhervault.com.

  3. Entry Requirements: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, must reside in Australia (excluding SA, ACT, and NT), and must purchase and hold a membership package via the Promoter's website located at https://www.winhervault.com/ which gives the Entrant access to special discounts, offers, and VIP event invitations (Membership Package(s)). Directors, management, officers, employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister. All memberships are subject to the Winher Vault Membership Terms found at: https://www.winhervault.com/membership-terms-conditions/

  4. Number of Entries: The number of entries an Entrant receives will be based on the Membership Package held, the level of membership purchased, and the duration the membership has been held, as set out on the Membership Packages page. Additional entries may be available through purchase of specific merchandise on the Promoter’s website, as detailed therein.

  5. Maximum Entries: 10,000 entries per Entrant.

  6. Number of Winners: 4 winners.

  7. Territories: Australia-wide, excluding SA, ACT, and NT.

  8. Promotion Period: The Competition commences at 9:00 am on 4/03/2026 and ends at 8:00 pm on 18/03/2026 (AEDT) (Promotion Period).

  9. Prizes:

    • 1st Prize: MacBook Air & AirPods

    • 2nd Prize: Muk Style Stick

    • 3rd Prize: $100 CSB Voucher

    • 4th Prize: Summer Fridays Set

    The total prize pool is estimated at no more than [insert value]. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless agreed to in writing by the Promoter. Any additional expenses incurred from winning are the Winner’s responsibility. The Promoter may substitute a prize with an equivalent cash value at its discretion.

  10. Prize Draw and Winner Selection: All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be assigned a number, and Winners will be drawn using a random electronic number generator on instagram live on 18/03/2026 at 8pm (AEDT).

  11. Publication of Winners: Winners will be personally notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. Winners will also be announced online at https://www.winhervault.com/ and on the Promoter’s social media accounts within 24 hours of the draw and published on the website for at least 28 days.

  12. Winner Eligibility: Entrant details must be correct and accurate to be eligible.

  13. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated address or email within ten (10) business days of confirmation. Cash prizes will be delivered via bank transfer. Delivery costs are covered by the Promoter, but Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties.

  14. Tax Implications: The Promoter is not liable for tax implications arising from winning. Winners should seek independent financial advice.

PART B

Participation

  1. By entering, Entrants accept these terms and conditions.

  2. Entry is only open to residents of the Territories.

  3. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

Selection of Winner

  1. Winners will be selected by random draw as outlined in Part A. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries are invalid.

  2. Prizes are only awarded to the named Entrant.

  3. Unclaimed prizes within 3 months may be re-drawn. The re-draw process will follow the same notification and publication procedures.

  4. If any prize remains unclaimed 1 month after a re-draw, the Promoter may dispose of it at their discretion.

Prizes

  1. Prizes are provided "as is."

  2. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen prizes.

  3. Prizes from third-party suppliers require compliance with their own terms.

Personal Information

  1. Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition, distributing prizes, and marketing, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.winhervault.com/privacy-policy/.

  2. Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, suburb, state, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

Intellectual Property

  1. Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any content submitted for the Competition.

Reservation of Rights

  1. The Promoter may require proof of identity or residency.

  2. The Promoter may suspend, modify, or cancel the Competition at its discretion in case of technical or other disruptions.

  3. The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant suspected of breaching the terms or engaging in misconduct.

Social Media Platforms

  1. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.

  2. Entrants must not misuse social media in relation to the Competition.

Exclusion of Liability

  1. The Promoter excludes liability for late, lost, or misdirected entries, and for prizes not received due to delivery errors or Winner misrepresentation.

  2. The Promoter’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the Entrant in the 3 months prior to a claim.

Dispute

  1. All disputes regarding the Competition will be resolved at the Promoter’s discretion.

General

  1. Terms are governed by Victorian law, with courts in Victoria having exclusive jurisdiction.

  2. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.

  3. Capitalised terms are defined as in these terms and conditions.
