WinHer Vault – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WinHer Vault.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WinHer Vault website, services, and membership program. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

WinHer Vault Pty Ltd (ACN 677 061 556) is registered in Victoria, Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean WinHer Vault Pty Ltd.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Membership Program Overview

WinHer Vault is a subscription-based membership rewards program that provides members with automatic entries into promotional prize draws (trade promotions), access to exclusive offers, and member-only content.

Membership tiers include:

Entry Member – $2.50 per week

  • 10 accumulating entries per week into eligible giveaways

  • Access to weekly WinHer Vault giveaways

  • Access to member-only discounts and content

Plus Member – $5 per week

  • 25 accumulating entries per week into eligible giveaways

  • Access to weekly WinHer Vault giveaways

  • Access to member-only discounts and content

VIP Member – $15 per week

  • 100 accumulating entries per week into eligible giveaways

  • VIP-only perks and premium access where applicable

  • Access to weekly WinHer Vault giveaways and member benefits

Accumulating Entries:
Entries accumulate while your membership remains active. Cancelling your membership stops future entries from accruing.

No Guarantee of Winning:
Membership provides entries into prize draws only. Winning is not guaranteed and all draws are conducted randomly unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and an Australian resident

  • Only one membership per person

  • Accurate personal and payment information must be provided

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of WinHer Vault Pty Ltd are not eligible to win prizes

3. Billing & Payments

  • Memberships are billed weekly, charged monthly

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

  • You authorise us to charge your selected payment method

  • Failed payments may suspend membership benefits

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time

  • Access continues until the end of your current paid period

  • No partial refunds for unused time

5. Promotions & Draws

  • Entries are allocated automatically based on membership tier

  • Some giveaways may be tier-specific

  • Winners are verified before prizes are awarded

  • Promotion-specific terms apply to each giveaway

6. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Membership fees are for access to the program, not for the purchase of entries.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Website Use

  • Content is owned by WinHer Vault Pty Ltd

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse content

  • Misuse, fraud, or manipulation may result in termination

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WinHer Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, membership, or promotions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
