WinHer Vault memberships are digital subscription services.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Unused membership time

• Accumulated entries

• Cancelled memberships part-way through a billing period

You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges.

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
