Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WinHer Vault. These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WinHer Vault website (including any subdomains and mobile applications, collectively, the “Site”) and your participation in the WinHer Vault membership program (“Membership”).

WinHer Vault Pty Ltd is a company registered in Victoria, Australia, and is the operator of the Site and provider of the Membership. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean WinHer Vault Pty Ltd. References to “you”, “your”, or “Member” mean any individual who accesses the Site or participates in the Membership.

By accessing the Site, purchasing a Membership, or participating in any WinHer Vault promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site or our services. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Membership Program Overview

WinHer Vault operates a subscription-based membership program that provides Members with access to exclusive lifestyle benefits, including partner discounts, member-only events, and promotional prize opportunities conducted as trade promotions.

Membership tiers and pricing are as follows:

Entry Member – $2.50 per week

  • 10 complimentary entries each week into eligible giveaways

  • Access to all partner discounts

  • Access to member-only weekly giveaways

Plus Member – $5 per week

  • 25 complimentary entries each week into eligible giveaways

  • Access to all partner discounts

  • Access to member-only weekly giveaways

VIP Member – $15 per week

  • 100 complimentary entries each week into eligible giveaways

  • Access to all partner discounts
  • Access to member-only weekly giveaways

Accumulating Entries & Loyalty

Entries accrue on a weekly basis for as long as your Membership remains active and in good standing. The longer you remain subscribed, the greater the number of total entries you may hold in eligible promotions. From time to time, we may offer bonus entries, loyalty incentives, or promotional rewards at our discretion. Any such offers will be communicated via the Site, email, or Member notifications.

No Guarantee of Winning

Membership benefits may increase the number of promotional entries allocated to you; however, holding a Membership does not guarantee that you will win any prize. All giveaways are games of chance unless expressly stated otherwise. Winners are selected at random in accordance with applicable promotion-specific terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility for Membership

Age and Residency

Membership is available only to individuals who are Australian residents and 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state or territory). Our services are intended for adult participants only.

One Membership per Person

Each person may hold one Membership account only. Creating multiple accounts (including through different email addresses) is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the Site, including your name and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your Membership and forfeiture of benefits.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Membership, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these Terms and applicable Australian laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Memberships that do not meet eligibility requirements or breach these Terms.

Employees, contractors, directors of WinHer Vault Pty Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes in any WinHer Vault promotions.

3. Membership Fees and Payment

Fees

Membership fees are charged on a weekly subscription basis at the rates displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Billing and Renewal

Fees are billed weekly in advance to your nominated payment method and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Payment Method

You must provide and maintain a valid payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of Membership benefits until payment is resolved.

Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing to new Members from time to time. Unless cancelled before the end of a trial period, standard fees will apply automatically.

4. Membership Benefits and Obligations

Membership benefits vary by tier and may change from time to time.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Site and Membership lawfully and fairly

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Treat other Members and WinHer Vault staff respectfully

  • Use Membership benefits for personal, non-commercial purposes only

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take action for misuse or breaches, including suspension or termination.

5. Entries into Promotions

  • Entries are allocated automatically while your Membership is active

  • Certain promotions may be restricted to specific tiers

  • Bonus or loyalty entries may be awarded at our discretion

  • We may verify eligibility before awarding prizes

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your Membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Cancellation by Us

We may suspend or terminate Memberships for breaches, non-payment, fraud, or discontinuation of the program.

Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Membership fees are charged for access to Membership benefits and services, not for the purchase of entries directly.

7. Termination

Upon termination or cancellation:

  • Membership benefits cease at the end of the paid period

  • Unused entries may expire

  • Applicable legal obligations continue to apply

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to WinHer Vault Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without permission.

User-submitted content may be used by us for operational or promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinHer Vault excludes liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Site, Membership, or promotions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WinHer Vault against any loss, claim, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

11. General

  • Governing Law: Victoria, Australia
  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and promotion terms form the full agreement
