Entry Requirements
Entry is open to persons who:
- Are aged 18 years or over;
- Reside in Australia (excluding South Australia, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory); and
- Purchase and maintain an active membership package through the Promoter’s website at www.winhervault.com, which provides access to member discounts, offers and VIP event invitations ("Membership Package").
Directors, management, employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Number of Entries
The number of entries allocated to an Entrant is determined by:
- The Membership Package held;
- Membership level purchased; and
- Duration the membership has been active,
as outlined on the Membership Packages page of the Promoter’s website.
Additional entries may also be obtained through the purchase of designated merchandise or promotional entry packs where offered.
Maximum Entries
Maximum of 10,000 entries per Entrant.
Number of Winners
One (1) winner
Territories
Australia-wide excluding South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT).
Promotion Period
The Competition commences at [INSERT START DATE & TIME] and closes at 6:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday 28 May 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Prize
The winner will receive:
One (1) DR DENNIS LED Mask

The total prize pool equals the recommended retail value (RRP $800) of the prize at the time of promotion.
The prize is:
- Not transferable;
- Not exchangeable; and
- Not redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
Any additional costs associated with accepting or using the prize remain the responsibility of the winner.
Prize Draw and Winner Selection
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be allocated a number and entered into a random electronic draw.
The draw will take place live on Instagram at 6:00 pm (AEST) on Thursday 28 May 2026.
Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be:
- Contacted by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw; and
- Announced on the Promoter’s website and social media channels within 24 hours of the draw.
Winner details may remain published for a minimum period of 28 days.
Winner Eligibility
Entrants are responsible for ensuring all details submitted are accurate and current.
Failure to provide correct information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address within ten (10) business days of winner confirmation.
Delivery costs will be covered by the Promoter.
Tax Implications
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any taxation implications arising from the prize.
Independent financial advice should be sought where necessary.
PART B
Participation
By entering the Competition, Entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to eligible residents of the Territories during the Promotion Period.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.
Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw in accordance with Part A.
Incomplete, fraudulent, misleading or incomprehensible entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
The prize will only be awarded to the named Entrant.
Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed for three (3) months following the original draw, the Promoter may conduct a redraw using the same method as the original draw.
If the prize remains unclaimed one (1) month following the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right to deal with the prize as it sees fit, subject to applicable law.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are supplied "as is".
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed or damaged prizes following dispatch;
- Any defect or issue arising from manufacturer warranties; or
- Any loss suffered through use of the prize.
Where a prize is supplied by a third-party manufacturer or supplier, the prize may be subject to additional supplier terms and conditions.
Personal Information
By entering the Competition, Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for:
- Administering the Competition;
- Contacting winners;
- Prize fulfilment; and
- Marketing and promotional purposes,
in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at:

The winner agrees to permit the Promoter to use their:
- Name;
- Suburb and State;
- Photograph;
- Image; and
- Likeness
for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish any content submitted in connection with the Competition.
Reservation of Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Request proof of age, identity and residency;
- Verify entry validity;
- Suspend, modify or cancel the Competition where circumstances beyond reasonable control arise; and
- Disqualify any Entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct considered improper, misleading or unlawful.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.
Entrants fully release Instagram and any associated platform from liability relating to this Competition.
Exclusion of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
- Late, lost or misdirected entries;
- Technical malfunctions or platform failures;
- Internet or telecommunications issues;
- Errors in the administration of the Competition; or
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation or prize use.
The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prize.
Disputes
Any dispute concerning the Competition or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be determined by the Promoter acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
General
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Failure by the Promoter to exercise or enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
